In a three-part virtual workshop series, water leaders, practitioners, and community champions build and strengthen core competencies needed to advance One Water solutions. Drawing one the One Water Leadership Guides and rooted in the real-world experience of successful One Water practitioners, this series provided participants with practical skills to effectively communicate about One Water, forge cross-sector partnerships, and navigate regulatory challenges.
Strong cross-sector partnerships have the power to drive lasting impacts. This session, in partnership with Clean Water Services, explored how to identify potential partners, co-design collaborative approaches, and sustain effective working relationships that advance shared goals. Participants engaged in scenario-based learning to strengthen their skills in negotiation, alliance building, and collaboration.
