In a three-part virtual workshop series, water leaders, practitioners, and community champions will build and strengthen core competencies needed to advance One Water solutions. Drawing one the One Water Leadership Guides and rooted in the real-world experience of successful One Water practitioners, this series will equip participants with practical skills to effectively communicate about One Water, forge cross-sector partnerships, and navigate regulatory challenges.
Session 2: Designing and Maintaining Cross-Sector Partnerships
Strong cross-sector partnerships have the power to drive lasting impacts. This session will explore how to identify potential partners, co-design collaborative approaches, and sustain effective working relationships that advance shared goals. Participants will engage in scenario-based learning to strengthen their skills in negotiation, alliance building, and collaboration.
