Mary Gilmore is a Business Operations Program Associate at the US Water Alliance, a national nonprofit organization advancing policies and programs that build a sustainable water future for all. Mary brings over 10 years of experience in administration and process improvement, specializing in grants and contract management. A proud native of Jackson, MS, Mary honed her expertise while studying at Jackson State University, where she cultivated a deep commitment to organization, efficiency, and excellence. She is dedicated to implementing effective operational strategies and ensuring quality outcomes in every project. Beyond her professional career, Mary is passionate about leading community service initiatives and working to improve and uplift her community through impactful development programs. A few of those programs include annual toy drives for residents at the Ronald McDonald House, volunteering at the local VA Hospital’s food pantry, and additional local outreach initiatives.
