Korrin Davis is a Program Manager at the US Water Alliance, a national nonprofit organization advancing policies and programs that build a sustainable water future for all. She works on the Alliance’s Water Equity Network. Korrin recently served as Project Officer for Good Green Jobs at C40 Cities, advancing global collaboration on equitable workforce development and just transition strategies. She led cross-regional initiatives, produced strategic reports, and engaged stakeholders to drive inclusive, data-informed solutions. Previously, as a California Sea Grant State Fellow at the California Coastal Commission, she conducted equity analyses and integrated environmental justice priorities into coastal planning, building on earlier community-based urban forestry work with Tree San Diego. Her experience spans nonprofits, government, and private sector partnerships, centering community engagement, systems change, and advancing equity in workforce development and climate planning. Korrin earned her masters in Regenerative Studies at Cal Poly Pomona, and her B.S. in Business Management at San Diego State University. Outside of work, Korrin enjoys practicing yoga, baking, and spending time at her local reservoir.
