Jon’na Bailey is a Program Associate at the US Water Alliance, a national nonprofit organization advancing policies and programs that build a sustainable water future for all. She works on the Alliance’s Equitable Water Future initiative. Jon’na is a passionate health advocate from Mississippi with a strong commitment to advancing equity and community-centered solutions. Prior to joining the Alliance, Jon’na worked as a Public Health Associate at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where she deepened her knowledge in health equity and access to care, particularly in systems-based approaches that address structural barriers. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Mississippi, which sparked her interest in how social and environmental structures influence health outcomes across communities. In her free time, Jon’na enjoys reading books, fueling her curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning.
