Mayor Eric Garcetti stopped by Good Day LA to talk to Steve Edwards and Araksya Karapetyan about the state’s water crisis, and what the city of Los Angeles is doing about it.

This week the City of Los Angeles is participating in a national advocacy and awareness campaign called “Imagine a Day Without Water.” Events are happening in major cities including Atlanta and Washington, D.C., and of course the city where this topic probably hits closest to home – Los Angeles.

On Thursday of this week, Mayor Garcetti spoke at a local school about water conservation education and curriculum. The city is also investing in a “Save the Drop” conservation awareness effort.
